「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」

「Zero service if one checks in late, otherwise concierge service during office hours is excellent. Shower is very high risk for those unaware of the slippery floor, worst design ever conceived. Otherwise room extremely comfortable and totally sound proofed. 」

「Great service, loved the quirkiness and such helpful staff. Even though our room was small, it was very cosy and had everything we needed. The goodies in the lobby were an unexpected treat too. 「Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. 」
