cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.

Nice and close to the plus highway.

There were lots of mosquitoes and the solution that they have were to spray the whole room with repellant which was not suitable as I have two children. The good thing was the morning air n scenery of the lake as we had our breakfast which was quite good.

Hotel fill with outdoor activity and kids love it

Overall ok hotel queit far from petrol pump and any shop.furniture already old. No tel inside the room to make call registration or to request towel.notice on 2nd day house keeping only tuck inback the bedsheet without changing it and some stain still found in the sheet. I give 7 out of 10 scale.

My holiday was ruined by this idiot management. Pls be aware and I put this place was trying to cheat their guest. I even did not have a bath because room & toilet too dirty. Gedateerd en vies

Op de weg naar het resort toe bekroop ons al een slecht gevoel. Je rijdt langs een snelweg en komt in een woonwijk waar niets gebeurt en die een trieste uitstraling heeft. Ook het resort heeft deze uitstraling. Slecht onderhouden, gedateerd en compleet afgezonderd zodat je ook niet even snel naar een leuk plaatsje kan. Wij zijn speciaal gegaan voor het oran oetang eiland en dit is werkelijk waar het enige positieve van deze plaats. Onze kamer was erg vies en nadat we dit hebben aangegeven kwam de housekeeping nog even een doekje over het bureau halen en dat was het. Het bad en de douche zijn al in geen eeuwigheid schoongemaakt en wij hebben hier dan ook niet gedoucht. Ook hebben we de airco niet aan durven zetten omdat wij bang waren dat we ziek werden. Dan nog het ontbijt. Dit is alleen bij het café du lac te nuttigen en kost 28 RM per persoon... Ook voor onze dochter van 15 maanden!!! Een grote dikke vette afrader. Als je het oran oetang eiland wil bezoeken zorg dan dit je niet in het resort hoeft te overnachten.

Run Down Hotel - Complete Dissapointment

I chose to stay at this resort for the convenience of a sporting event, this hotel is extremely run down - all of it. The room I was assigned to was horrific, it was completely run down, old, smelled musty. The sofa was scratched, the TV and minibar were so old that I did not touch them - properly did not even work, the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was stained with gunks. Thank god there was hot water for shower. Based on the condition of the entire resort and my room I thought all their rooms must be as bad, I later found out that they have some renovated rooms however I was not one of the lucky people to get it. So I decided I would shorten my stay from 2 nights to 1. If you have to be in Taiping I would suggest you avoid this resort completely, even though they have renovated rooms their facilities are extremely run down. Definitely not recommended.
