Kids friendly hotel and your kids will be enjoying staying there. Slightly far for food or convenient stores but got bus transfer to old street which is a plus!

This is absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Taiwan in terms of its facilities, decorations, spacious bedroom, nice balcony with sea view. Highly recommended.

Big touristy hotel with lovely view over ocean (too cloudy for sunset) everything in mandarin but front desk does speak some English. Haven’t tried the pool as it’s winter. Heading to breakfast now

Our stay in the Fullon Hotel

The stay in the hotel was a surprising and nice experience. The room was huge with comfy beds. The balcony was big, the food choices in the buffet are sufficient and authentic. To our surprise, hotel guests can book table tennis equipment and table for free, thus allowing us to exercise more. Even more, the arcade next to the hotel was definitely a gem different interactive video games were provided. The hotel staff were helpful, professional and polite. The hot spring was splendid. There are few things that the hotel can do better though. For instance, our hotel room’s lighting and AC system suddenly turned off without any reason and warning, causing quite a frustrating situation for us during our stay. Nevertheless, this hotel was a gem in the Tamsui area.

This is a decent hotel overall, but I had a very unpleasant experience at the concierge desk during checkout. When I asked for a receipt or invoice, the staff member responded in a rude and irritated manner. I still don’t understand what the issue was, and it left a disappointing impression at the end of my stay.
