" We had a pleasant stay at The St. Regis. Although the check-in process took longer than expected and our room was not ready immediately, the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff made a significant difference to our overall experience. Every member of the team we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist helped us feel relaxed and well taken care of, even while waiting for our room. Because of their excellent service and positive energy, we did not feel frustrated at all. Overall, we truly appreciated the high standard of service and the wonderful attitude of the staff across all departments. This level of hospitality left a very good impression on us, and we would be happy to return and recommend The St. Regis to others."
