房間環境需要改善

上一次的住宿經驗覺得不錯，所以這次一樣選擇住潛立方，但這次住進的102房是無障礙房間，因此它浴室的花灑位置是非常低的只適合給肢障人士和不方便站立的老人家使用，無法調整高度，對我來說不太方便。洗手台的水龍頭是漏水的一直滴滴噠噠，冷氣機還顯示濾網應清洗的警示。因為白天工作非常累，晚上才抵達旅館，也不想折騰了。總之這次的體驗讓我覺得不太滿意。

停車方便，週邊環境乾淨，還有公園 房間也算乾淨，入住房型為無障礙房，房間較其他雙人房稍大，只是洗完澡地板很濕，要自己擦乾，以免踩的房間都是髒汙

地方不方便

這家酒店真的不行，住客也不能用游泳池，而且潛水也另外加錢和再預訂，預訂的時候也不知道，要到了才知道，十分不清不楚，不值得這個值錢，房間又不是很大，但是很乾淨，房務收拾得很好。另外，前台的服務態度不好不友善，就連房務的都比較友善，還有早餐很好吃，除了前台，其他人都很好，但不會再來了。

糟糕的地方

櫃臺人員相當不親切 並沒有即使幫困擾的旅客即使解決問題 花了半小時以上處理，到最後也沒有處理完成。 結果還是得靠自己打電話處理，自己才花了五分鐘就將事情處理完成。 另外吃早餐時，明明半個用餐的人都沒有，出餐速度一樣得花上半小時， 等待半小時之後的餐點口味也沒有特別可口。 整體來說這是一間不推薦入住的地方。 每晚還要價2400左右，我覺得付800元都嫌多。 這是一家住完之後，心情會變的相當差的地方。
