"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. Petit inconvénient pour ceux qui n’en possède pas, le Check-in et le Check-out s’effectue à l’hôtel qui est à 10 minutes de voitures. De plus, l’appartement possède un minimum de fourniture de cuisine, et aucune réponse du propriétaire lorsqu’on lui a posé quelques questions à ce sujet."
