"The welcome from the member of staff on site was very friendly, and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the communal roof terrace. The apartment was clean and cool. However, there was some confusion about amenities in our apartment. We had booked it especially as the Hotels.com listing clearly showed a kitchen and cooking facilities for self-catering, but when we tried to cook, we found the cooker was not connected. The owner claimed that we had only paid for the room, and it would be an extra 20 euros for cooking facilities, but eventually agreed to switch the gas on when I explained that we had allergies and would not be able to eat otherwise. We were very appreciative of her kindness in this, but would suggest that the listing should be clearer about what is and isn't included in the price shown on Hotels.com."

"Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed."
