「Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this...

「It's really value for money. Big clean rooms breakfast was yummy. The amenities in the room was appreciated. Only 2 things there should be pool access from the building you shouldn't have to go outside and walk around the building. The ac in the room should have been 2 the room is big」

「Everything was great until I could not get into my room! They fixed the problem within 45 minutes but it happened twice! Luckily I was not in dire need of my medication or other things that were all on the other side of the door!」
