「Loved the location of this hotel about 10 minute walk from Times Square. The hotel smells amazing when you enter, you’re given a reusable water bottle on check in which you can fill up in the drinks station as well as get a hot drink or make iced coffee. Loved the roof top bar although the wine and cocktail are pricey but your on your holidays and the view is amazing. 「Good location ,Also Can help to call to taxi」

The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...
