「Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. 「My wife and I had a pleasant check-in experience. The room assigned to us was wonderfully prepared for our arrival. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel at home. The only hiccup was that we thought the 2 bottles of water were for all Hilton Honor guests of all status. We consumed them unknowingly and were made to pay CAD5.00 but acknowledged was our fault for not reading the label with care.」
