The location is excellent, the interiors are good however the exterior is older style brick units. Check in communication could be a bit more clear- maybe with an automated message.

The location is the best thing about this property. A couple of blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the ferry. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 1960's era unit block on the 3rd floor. It was light and airy, with a small north facing balcony. Great for the afternoon sun, but overlooking the driveway littered with tenant and builders rubbish. The unit was clearly a DIY reno and was clean enough to get by. Not sure anyone has looked under the beds for a while, given the rubbish and dust bunnies. No teaspoons. Very limited kitchenware to be able to make use of the full kitchen. Our battery change kick-started the big clock on the wall. Would we stay there again? Probably not for that top dollar price, the basic amenities and average room quality.

Very impressed.

Comfortable and clean, the location is amazing, unfortunately the weather didn't let me enjoy how close it was to Manly beach, but I'm already planning another trip there.

The property had DIY fixing issues which look’s terrible and false advertised Bathroom is disgusting needs a proper trade who knows what they are doing. Place needs proper block out curtains

We were given an inferior apartment at first then charged for parking. Supposed to be free parking.Management tried to tell us it was all our fault.Would not go back.

They need to update the site, phone number Huge pile of rubbish outside the apartment. Only found the reception because I walked around the street looking for our apartment and after ringing the number on the site 3 times. To which isn't the new number, the young girl said oh that's not our number, no idea who's it is? 1st apartment was so filthy, I rung reception. She came and had a look, and all she could say was sorry, and to charge U for off street parking in a very narrow laneway. Gave us another filthy apartment, I was so upset I asked for $$$ back. But was refused. The photos aren't the best, but it was filthy. The fridge had crumbs and dirt, looked like someone had spat in the basin. The furniture was very dusty, someone had previously spilt drinks down the cupboard, microwave wasn't cleaned.That night I was eaten by bugs, and ants were everywhere. We didn't stay the 2 nights. We left Saturday after we got back from Sydney I wouldn't recommend this Business to anyone.

No signage for and difficult to find. Outside of the property rundown but inside apartment was nice. Open bottles of shampoo and body wash but otherwise clean. I would not stay again

No need to stay here

Lack of exterior pics shown in add for a reason - extremely tired duplex near other extremely tired duplexes two blocks back from the beach. Loud partying neighbours directly outside bedroom window at least 3 nights/week prevented me from sleeping before work. Bed collapsed in the night and I had to lift the mattress to fix spine of bed frame. Many other issues with my stay, but these are the main ones. I wasn’t in the unit too much because of long work hours, but spent as little time as possible there during my two week stay. No refunds available.

The pictures on the internet were nothing like what the room was in real life (obviously it was photos of an updated room on the website) It was located off the busy main road however was still close to the beach and shops. The neighbors were very noisy and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. The room was clean, however the floors weren't swept and there were black long hairs everywhere in the bedroom and bathroom when we arrived. The kitchen and dining area was clean and updated, while the bathroom is in need of a renovation. Good location and affordable just needed a little bit more TLC

The unit was clean and comfortable . The position was very good for what we needed. The only thing we had trouble with was the tv reception. Tony is addressing this issue. Tea and coffee would have been appreciated. We did not realise it wasn’t provided . All in all it was very good .
