「Grout has mould and vents are full of thick dust and dirt .. need shower caddies and space for free leftover food ..」

「Really funky old hotel that has been transformed. Really cool vibe and clean accommodation with beautifully renovated rooms. The bar was like stepping back in time and the staff were super friendly and helpful.」

「Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was nice and with great varieties Rooms are clean and delicately decorated. While I was bringing a child with us, the housekeeping did prepare a third set of towels for us - we don’t need to make any special request every night.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」
