Room and structure as a whole is a tad run down, however; beds are comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast, which is included, was yummy and staff were attentive during the meal. Overall this is a 2-3 star motel, somewhat a budget establishment, in a great location, that enables easy walking access to Sydney’s offerings.

Great place, wonderful location, a few aspect in the rooms could do with updating but apparently that is in progress. Great having a restaurant and a bar on site. A definite plus.

Management was really good and cooperative. But i guess due to long weekend, The hotel was entirely booked. Overall good experience but I saw some mismanagement and long queues during breakfast

First time stay at this property. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The building itself is dated and there had been many repairs needed during its existence and the repairs were noticeable.

It looks renovated, but it’s mostly just a new coat of paint. The trim doesn’t hit the floor, there’s gaps around all the fixtures, and the whole place had an off smell. Felt safe and it was clean enough.

Front desk staff were excellent… very attentive and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with updated bathroom. The breakfast (included in price) could be improved on - a bit disorganized (hot foods were not available for long lengths of time, no clean plates),
