Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
The front desk staff lacked the ability to thinking independent which impacted our stay. We actually left and stayed at another hotel our last night in Sydney due to this.

Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel
All good in the hotel in general but the check-in was a bit of a gong show.
