「I arrived early at 9:00am in a cold morning. The reception warmly welcome me and gave me my room right away at no extra cost. I wanted a electrical kettle (which is not provided in the room), again the reception arranged for me in just 10 min. The customer service is surprisedly good.」

「Superb in every way! Not only is the hotel and its rooms exquisite and charming (500 years old!), the service is next level! The staff (particularly the wonderful Sibelle!) made us feel so welcome! You will not regret a minute of your stay here! :)」
