"When e checked in, the staff was very short and cold. I asked if they had a shuttle, he said no, we're a budget hotel.. we don't do that.. when I asked what time breakfast was served, he said"were a budget hotel we don't provide breakfast. When I checked out in the morning the staff was much more accommodating and told me the metro was right across the street and could take me to the airport for 4 euros. I noticed a long line to breakfast, which the night help told me they didn't have, but it was too late for me to participate in that considering the line and my flight time. Overall a negative experience considering the size of the room and the pillows that were not comfortable and I woke up with a headache"
