"It was updated rooms. We stay in hotels frequently and this motel was as nice if not nicer. Everything worked well. The parking was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower took a little longer to heat up in our room, but once it did, it was nice and hot. It was very clean. The staff are very friendly. They offer a free breakfast in the lobby and it was actual breakfasts with many choices. The last 2 expensive hotels we stayed in didn't offer any breakfast for free. Not even coffee! If youre someone who spends a lot on hotels, i recommend giving the Quality inn a chance. Youll save money and its just as nice. Will definitely come back "

"I’ve stayed at The Hancock Hotel in Findlay twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This beautiful, historically inspired property feels far more upscale than its price suggests — truly a hidden gem offering boutique-level comfort at about a Holiday Inn rate. The rooms are elegant, the atmosphere warm and refined, and the service consistently attentive. While the valet parking can seem a bit pricey for the area, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Findlay — it’s easily one of the best stays in Northwest Ohio."

"It was all a 10/10 for the value! Close to highway! Extra large room was clean. Service at front desk and in the dining area was quick and hospitable. Breakfast (included) was great! Waffles, cereal, yogurt, white/choc milk, juices, bagels/bread, hot oatmeal, biscuits/grits, scrambled eggs, french toast fingers and ham. Amazing! "

"There was a lot of banging and shutting doors into the late night and early morning. I know there renovations being done but there should be a cut off time and start time that doesn’t interrupt customers. "
