「Feel safe」

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「The front desk staff is nice.」

「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「Very nice place for a family to stay. Clean and well maintained if a little old.」

「一切都很好，不過如果可以免停車費、房間內能有微波爐就更好了，還是推薦給大家」

「总体感觉不错」

「The staff, William is very helpful.」

「The environment is beautiful.」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「Overall, it was clean. The breakfast was cold and the room was only serviced once, on our last day there. The front desk staff was courteous and all in all it was positive. The noise between rooms was a bit much. Sounded like we had a couple elephants in the unit above us.」
