「Clean and Cozy」

「The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was fine...typical motel continental breakfast. Unfortunately, I got very little sleep, as the people in the room above us were very loud (sounded like they were playing soccer or dropping large objects on the floor until nearly midnight. 「The room and stay were very nice. The carpet in our room (307) was torn in front of the cabinests near the bathroom and whoever patched the wall just inside the bathroom door needs a LOT of training. Neither of thos adversely affected our overall positive opinion of the stay.」

「The $5 breakfast wasn't ready until after 6:30AM. We were told breakfast was to be ready at 6AM. The front desk clerk pitched becoming a member, but when I asked if we could check out later if we became members, she told me only after 10 stays. What a terrible business model.」

「So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????」
