「I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. 「Elizabeth’s and Francesca were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Close to everything important. The only drawback was the area: there was dog poop everywhere and the nearest corner was a hangout for people with nothing to do. No problem really and nothing to do with the apartment but a drawback nonetheless.」

「We enjoyed our stay here. Claudia and the rest of the staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The location is the best, few minutes to Central Station and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when we are in Bari. 」

「Great location. Decently clean. Had everything we needed. Great bakery shop on next door. Some issues were sound or noise through walls, shower runs out of warm water easily, coffee maker was not sure if clean or not, dark passage to the room after darness, and only one key sets meaning everybody needs to go out or come back together etc.」

「Chambre propre (bien que sur les murs blanc plein de traces certainement des valises et autres ..), lit fait tous les jours, je n’ai vu personne sauf le jour de mon départ j’ai aperçu une jeune fille qui faisait les chambres, tout se fait via whatsapp.
Lit confortable, oreiller un peu léger pour mon confort, télé ok avec vos accès vous pourrez regarder Netflix et autres.
Douche wc ok attention tout de même au jet du lavabo pas trop fort sinon vous en mettez partout et pour la douche aussi, et...

Die Lichtschalter zu betätigen erfordert einigen Aufwand mit dem iPad, den Safe muss man suchen, da hat sich ein Architekt ausgetobt, der keine Ahnung von guten Hotels hat. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, aber nicht professionell.Ins Spa muss ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels mitkommen, um aufzusperren , und bleibt dass die ganze Zeit da und schaut beim Duschen zu. Alles in Allem SEHR mühsam.」
