"The hotel’s common areas are nice and clean but in need of updating. The room itself was clean; however, the beds were extremely hard, and the furniture was old and outdated. The room looked totally different from the pictures shown — and not in a good way."

There is an unassuming local diner, runs by a sole older gentleman that specializes in okonomiyaki, right across from Crowne's entrance. A great place to check out for an authentic experience. "

"The staff were extremely polite which was very nice after a 10 hour flight. The convenience store was perfect for snacks and the shuttle bus made it very easy to commute between the airport and the local Aeon mall. I would definitely stay there again."
