「The room was incredibly clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also amazing. I was a short walk from everything I needed and wanted to see, with great restaurants and bars. I had a wonderful night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would love to go back.」

「酒店坐落諏訪湖邊, 景色雖好但同時太近馬路, 車聲太多, 晚上都有很多車經過, 大大影響了整個環境. 食物方面尚可, 不過份量太多, 略為浪費. 員工服務態度都好好, 房內的私人溫泉及淋浴設施都滿意 整體來說, 這個價錢的話可以有其他更好的選擇」

「We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.」

「A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.」
