「This is a great little place to stay. We were going to the casino, and the price was great compared to closer to Danville. We will definitely be back.」

「The rooms don't have coffee makers in them. Considering the age of the hotel, and rustic nature of the building and rooms, I believe the price is a bit too high. I believe the cost should be about half of what they actually are. I don't mind the rustic style of the rooms and hotel, because I'm a no frills kind of person anyway, I'm just saying that the quality doesn't match the price.」

「Motel was nice looking and well Maintained. Offered pool, hot tub, exercise room and a wonderful breakfast. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding and pillow. Fridge and microwave in room too. TV needs to be larger. Staff was very friendly. Nice place. Would stay again.」

「Modern and pretty new looking. Just out Main Street about a mile from the river district where most restaurants and entertainment is. Odd building that was converted from a medical offices. Helpful staff but limited services. Good value」

「Room was not very clean. I understand being a dog friendly hotel but the room smelled very bad like dog and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sink. I also washed a cockroach down the drain in the shower. Not our typical Hampton Inn experience. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly.」

「This was only a single night stay enroute to another destination. We have stayed here before and decided to stay again. Great staff, good breakfast, great facilities in an historic and charming setting. We will return and stay longer next time.」
