There was a wedding there which we were able to observe, looking at the happy youngsters yet to experience future pain and suffering. Beautiful landscape and setting. Nice to stay at a place that has some history and character rather than these Betty Crocker hotels.

Berry Hill Resort is a beautiful mansion steeped in rich Virginia history and elegance. We return several times each year to enjoy the country setting, the wonderful amenities and delicious meals in the restaurants and pub. This time we had the pleasure of seeing the huge beautifully lighted outdoor wedding venue and the wedding party enjoying the day-before festivities. Berry Hill is a perfect choice for a special cherished event or a quiet visit and a stroll around the mansion and grounds, swimming in the pool or exploring the mansion’s vibrant history.

Continental breakfast is very good. Facilities overall are as well. Nice having a casual yet very tasty restaurant on site just a few steps from the rooms. Roku TV will take some getting use to for me, as I don't stream thus very little options that are free.
