「Place is cute/well done, but bring an eye mask otherwise you won’t sleep. They leave every wattage of exteriors lights on all night, and the window shutters in the rooms (as nice and charming as they are) don’t black out the light, so our room was lit up like a UFO was beaming us up all night. Also, they say “ocean view” rooms. Take that with a grain of salt. It’s partial at best, and only if you stand right at the window and crane your neck.」

Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. 「This is a really nice independent hotel with a lot of charm. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We have stayed twice and will try and stay here every time we visit. If they had a food option on site, this would be amazing, but the town is a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommend for any stay in Southport. 」

「Nicole was very helpful when fixing our keys when they wouldn’t work! Any time she would see us out and about she would ask if we needed anything! Very polite and courteous! Would stay here again! It was an awesome to have a place for our service animal to go and hang out! (as well as others who have pets) very pet accommodating! 」

The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home.
