I recommend this for a short or long stay. Very close to a convenient store, restaurants, the pier and the beach! Loved the aesthetic of the place, and the size of the place was very comfortable.

The place was perfect! It was a family trip to celebrate my birthday. The place was exactly as in the description. The surroundings clean and very nice, a vintage touch inside the modern. A place close to everything but very quiet at bedtime. Crossing the street is the Kure Beach Pier and just minutes away the Fort Fisher State Historic Site. The room was very clean and included everything we needed. Easy self check in and out. Super recommended!

Super super clean. Staff were very friendly and can hold a conversation. My dog loved it and they have a good space for them to play and use the bathroom. Very close to the pier/beach/food.

Love this place, we even went down to Kure Beach to find a different place to stay because my husband got a 22 foot boat so we needed a place to park it, well to find out the seabird has a place so he can park his boat so we are not going anywhere, it's a great place to stay

Overall it was an enjoyable stay in a spacious room. The wifi however is completely inadequate. It appears that the tv's are on the same account as the guest internet which means any streaming happening anywhere within the complex consumes almost all the bandwidth.

We booked the Cottage, the stand alone small 3bd/1ba bungalow next to the motel. It is the perfect location with only steps to the beach and restaurants. There is a separate sunroom that has fans/ac, small kitchen with appliances for cooking, each room has a tv/ac, and full 3 bedrooms. The back of the cottage has a small rinse off shower and the motel has a good size pool. A great perk is 2 dedicated parking spots right next to the cottage.
