「The room was clean and comfortable with balcony view of the town and mountain. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent with many health options. Parking was easy. About 1.2 km away, walking distance is towncenter shopping center with many great dining options, Vietnames food, etc. The check-in staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel visiting Halstatt, Salzburg and nearby towns.」

「The hotel is good, but the surrounding is too far away from city center」

「Small but cozy hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. However it is annoyed that we had to request for housekeeping everyday as this service is upon request so to conserve our environment (?). There was one time that the front desk staff forgot to mark but luckily we got back earlier so can still get the housekeeping service. I think , at least, clearing rubbish bin should be included as basic hotel service ? 」
