"The hotel is beautiful. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning. Reception staff are super friendly. Not great for solo travellers if you want a really social vibe and to meet people with activities etc, there is one dorm. The hotel hosts large groups of young travellers. Its sometimes feels like they take over the hotel. They have BBQs, quizzes, parties etc and the rest of the hotel is excluded. Great place to chill."

"Don't stay here. Rooms smell like sewage problems. Showed up and armed guards were all over the place ."

"I will stay here again. This accommodation suited my needs. Walk a few steps and there is a bar and restaurants in close proximity. Everything you need is so close. The beach at the bottom of the property. Perfect for those learning to dive or on a solo journey. "

"I got what I hoped for. A pleasant bungalow with great views of the trees below and the sea in the distance with a balcony equipped with hammock, desk for my writing. Most of the time it was quiet, just on Friday there was an event at the new Apple Resort higher up the hill which I could hear for a while, but it was fine. "Nan was so lovely. Her house is beautiful and I loved looking at the pictures on the walls and looking at the things she had made. So glad we decided to break our journey up and stay there the night"

"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"Love this old Sino Portuguese property in Old Town. Love d it. The area is butane, amazing food options, amazing building, and street parking is easier than it seems, if you find the reason to have a car. Car actually đặt around unused for a day. No worries about moving it, etc."

"I had the most amazing two night stay here. The staff are all absolutely incredible and very welcoming; smiles everywhere you go! I stayed in an ocean front pool room and it was absolutely stunning. Loved all the amenities, the SALA spa was wonderful, beach bar was great.. cannot say enough good words about this resort. A must!"

"We had a wonderful relaxing day at Briza beach resort staff were amazing. Everybody was so friendly and professional Ken the manager was amazing very great guy Ammy was very friendly and a very hard worker Pat or Patricia cooked the most wonderful eggs I’ve ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world. I recommend any Aussie family or couples or friends staying together. You have to get down to the Briza great rooms delicious buffet breakfast very good price and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. "This accommodation was from July 29-4, 2025 and was very impressed and planned to come back again if I return to Thailand because the staff provided excellent service. Our room was very clean. We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious. Thank you to Brother Tom for welcoming our family. Finally, for searching for a room that was close to nature and supporting us to recommend Sheraton Samui. It was very complete. excellent."
