The rooms are comfortable, the property scenic, and the staff exceedingly accomrodatting. My only suggestion for how they could improve the experience for the guests: housekeeping comes in the late afternoon, the time when most guests are wanting to relax in their rooms before going out for the evening. There was one issue with cleanliness that I addressed directly with staff.

The staff‘s friendliness was extraordinary. They were so attentive. In the afternoons we got little snacks and they bought coconuts for us. Thank you so much May and Noknok! You made our stay very special! We stayed 10 days in Khao Sok and loved it. The resort is quiet, the pool mostly empty and the trips to the national park unforgettable. The cabins are a little rustic, but guarantee you privacy. Thank you for this special time!

Fantastic location and beautiful scenery. Staff very accommodating; couldn’t do more for us! Unfortunately, the bed sheets and pillows were stained in 4 different places. Looked like coffee and makeup. Reception not 24/7 so couldn’t contact as it was later after dinner. Made for an unpleasurable sleep.

Great spot!

Just exceptional staff, spoke great English, made it easy to book different excursions. Go check out Cheow Lan Lake for sure. Room was clean, they gave free snacks, A/C worked very well. Beautiful pool. Really close to the village and restaurants, only a 5 min walk. Highly recommend it.

Tolles,herzliches Personal. Für alle die im Resort sind,gibt es jeden Tag kostenfrei einen Nachmittagssnack mit Getränk - pluspunkt für die Aufmerksamkeit. Leider werden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir hatten an Tag 2 schon kein Duschgel und keine Handtücher mehr,denn diese wurden nicht wieder "aufgefüllt". Der Wasserdruck variiert stark,je nach Nutzung der anderen Gäste, aber zum Haare waschen (gerade für die Frauen ;)) guter Wasserdruck für Thailändische Verhältnisse. Die Lage ist toll,mit Blick auf die Wunderschönen Berge. Der Pool war zwar keine Erfrischung mehr #Hitzewelle, aber nett ihn genutzt zu haben. Alles in allem eine Tolle Anlage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern (Reinigung der Zimmer,Sauberkeit im Pool)aber sehr herzlichem Personal.

Lovely place

We enjoyed very much our staying for two nights at March. Our room was tidy and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent; fresh and delicious. Also coffee was great! Lovely atmosphere and beautiful garden. Thank you!

Very good

Very good experience. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff is amazing and help you out with anything you need. You can easily book tours and transport from the hotel. Very good breakfast.

The property itself is quite nice and the location at the edge of town makes it convenient for walking while being quiet. We stayed in the original buildings which were clean, but a little tired, the bungalows looked nice but we did not see it. We were only in and out for 2 nights and only there to sleep - it was clean. A solid 3 star hotel, but once you've been to this area - I don't see a reason to go back

L hôtel est magnifique. Nous avions pris les bungalows qui ont tous une vue sur la montagne. Le cadre est vraiment superbe. Mais ce qui fait vraiment le plus de cet hôtel c est la gentillesse des deux dames de la réception. J ai eu l occasion de pas mal bouger en Thaïlande et c est vraiment l endroit où j ai trouvé le plus d attention. Elles sont vraiment adorables et aux petits soins a chaque fois et sans rien demander ! Vraiment un grand merci a elles! Vous devez venir dans cet hôtel pour vivre une vraie expérience thaï

This property is so unique. The atmosphere is very peaceful . The staff are exceptional. May at front desk organised all details for our next stop. Somme, the chef of all chefs cooked many delicious meals for us. She also makes afternoon tea and cake delivered to your room or pool. All wonderful.

Amazing staff! Great value, stage for lake trip

Amazing staff!!! Everyone there especially front desk and tours went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, and just plain awesome. Expressed genuine concern for medical conditions when booking the overnight lake tour and private transfer afterwards, even going so far as to suggest a shorter and less expensive package. They even gave me the location of another tour office/hotel that might have something better (they didn’t) And when I insisted I would be fine with the overnight they called to make sure the hours for electricity on the lake would be suitable. They arranged a transfer to Phuket to meet me at the lake and bring my large luggage so I wouldn’t have to go back to the hotel 1 hr to get it. The food at the hotel was excellent. The accommodations for the price were good. You are in the middle of the forest so as long as you aren’t expecting city luxury you’ll be happy. Some noise from the rain forest at night but that’s going to be everywhere. They had a nice pool area and are constructing more cabins.
