The hotel was bit disappointing. Cleanliness was below average. Delux room layout felt cramped and poorly designed. Breakfast starting ramadan was bland and less choice Staff were oke and good hospitality. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I will never book this hotel again. The restaurant is poorly managed. Arrived at breakfast . Every item I was interested in was cold. They had a western selection that looked disgusting. No water in the room. They had a container that you could fill in the hallway. Warm water., They had beer on the menu...they had only 1 brand available . The dinner was so small I could have eaten 3.

Great hotel.. centrally located. Great facilities incl. Free Airport Shuttle. The lady who was at the check in area was unfriendly and not willing to help me with checking in so i had to wait for another staff while she was actually there doing nothing.

Pelayanan resepsionis yang sangat buruk

Saya sangat..sangat kecewa untuk pengalaman saya menginap di hotel ini. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan oleh resepsionis bernama Reni yang membuat saya menunggu hingga sejam di lobby, dengan tanpa kepastian kapan secepatnya bisa mendapatkan kamar yang sudah saya book lewat hotels.com sehari sebelumnya. Dengan alasan kamar superior penuh semua dan masih dibersihkan. Saya dibuat menunggu dari jam 13.05 hingga 14.00, sampai saya harus 5x bolak balik tanyakan kepada Reni apakah membersihkan (hanya) satu kamar superior dengan 2 bed dan no smoking, membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 jam ????? Dan akhirnya saya minta dipertemukan dengan front office manager, lalu dijawab dengan alasan yang sama, sampai jam 13.55 masih belum satupun kamar yang ready. Logis??? Alasannya sangat tidak masuk akal, dijawab ada grup yang semua tamunya minta 'late check out' sampai jam 13.00. Logis??? Jika memang semua kamar superior kena 'late check out'. Masa membersihkan satu kamar pun tidak ada yg ready selama hampir 1 jam saya menunggu??? Dan si resepsionis bernama Reni pun sangat sangat tidak tanggap melakukan follow up ke bagian kamar yg sudah ready. Saya hampir tiap bulan menginap di hotel Alana sini, tetapi bahkan tanggapan untuk komplain saya ke front office manager pun juga sangat mengecewakan, dengan saya diberi alternatif 'smoking room', setelah saya menunggu lama di lobby. Dan akhirnya di jam 14.00 saya baru bisa menerima kunci kamar.

dirty room, staff not attentive

I waited 5 hours for fresh towels. this was after calling 4 times and visiting the desk thrice. yet, the front desk staff didn't believe me and came with me to check if I was lieing. disgrace. room has dust all over. view was good. walls are paper thin, this very noisy. room service took 45 mins just for a sandwich. breakfast easily took an hour. probably good for locals, not foreigners. take 20 to 30 mins to reach town. will not be returning or recommending.

Mediocre 4 star hotel

Bad experience starting with checking in with an unfriendly front desk/staff; The room was missing the safe and I waited for almost an hour for them to bring one, which made me late for my business meeting. Terrible dinner and breakfast experience. I ordered the baked chicken and it was cold and tasted old and like leftovers, after a very long wait... The waitress did try her best and the hotel eventually sent me the same dinner to my room free of charge, this time it was warm. On the bright side, the duty manager and spa staff were excellent.
