I loved the view having water views and the pool and the style of the property. I loved that we could bring our 2 small dogs with us. It was convenient to Mooloolaba and you could walk to the shopping district and beach.

The location was a short walk from dog friendly on lead beaches, dog friendly cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. The Villa was perfect for a holiday with our mini poodle! The small fenced area gave her freedom and made toileting easy. The needs and caring for your dog during the stay has definitely been considered when making these available as pet friendly. Will definitely be back!

nothing like the pics, extra charge of $50 for our dod, this should have been made clear on the booking page, $350 for this property is a lot ☹️ We booked this property late as we got tired on the drive north, we paid for a better room and we were expecting to see some water or the pool, but had a clean well kept room over a main road, in the suburbs. Sorry

Was on a road trip heading north with my dog and needed a place to rest our heads for the night, this was the only place in the area that was available. I paid over $300 for 1 night. The room was pretty small. They also say they are pet friendly, however were very clear with me that my dog wasnt allowed on any furniture, and if there was any fur found on the bed I'd have my deposit taken. How can a person this when they are asleep? They say it's because they rent their linen, okay, then why say you're pet friendly when you have such a restrictive rule in place? Overall the room was fine, clean and had what we needed, but for over $300 a night, i expected a lot more.

Great location friendly staff

Everything was great. Staff were friendly. Only thing to note was a potential additional cleaning fee for dirty dishes. I think this is unfair to charge a cleaning on this. Regardless I cleaned all the cutlery and cups we used to avoid the charge.

No windows, no view & stay in a garage.

The title syas its all - 'the studio' is a converted garage with one window that is frosted and one that is glass bricks - both that look onto a pathway to the other units. While it has obviously had a recent renovation the lighting is very poor and there is not enough space for a person to walk either side of the double bed (yes, a double, not a queen). There are unpainted wood laminated boards covering up holes that 'flap around' when touched. The aircon unit in the bedroom has extremely bright lights on it - not necessarily a fault of the property, but makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Good location. Perfect for pets!

Excellent views, fabulous pool. The perfect place to go with a small pet. Place was very clean except for the fans. The only improvements we would suggest would be to update the couch and lounge chairs - uncomfortable and bit stained. The aircon upstairs does not work too well.

Pet friendly hotel close to the beach and Coles

We enjoyed our stay here and loved being able to have our dog with us however I feel the booking process could be improved. we were hit with extra fees for having our dog stay with us that were not easily found or pointed out when originally booked. Other than the extra fees; Our stay was very pleasant.

Nice place with a good location

Nice place with a good location. Had a nice pool overlooking the river. Was very close to the beach, shops and Sea Life World. You need to be able to make a call. They don’t seem to man the place very much. When I got there I had to call the number on the door and wait a few minutes for someone to call me back. Then they directed me to the room which was unlocked and the key left on the counter. This didn’t help when I was checking out and needed to leave my bags with them so I could go out for the day before moving on. I had to leave them in the outside toilet.

Easy access to beach and eating establishments

We stayed in the studio unit which suited our needs as we were only there for 1 night. Position was good with easy walking distance too food and beach access. Room was clean and comfortable equivalent to most motel accommodation of that rate.

Exactly how I expected it to be. I went there for the purpose of relaxing and not needing or wanting to leave. There was a pool and great views. If I needed to go out, everything was just around the block.

place was a bit of a dungeon owner said it would cost another $50 to up grade
