Room looked onto a gorgeous view. Felt like it really needed a deep clean however. Clumps of hair in the bathroom corners upon check in, limescale, dust etc. If just given a bit more attention cleanliness wise would be ideal

Great spot. Really enjoyed the stay. The only gripe was the old king bed in the master bedroom. It had 2 huge indentations on each side (leaving a big hump in the middle).

Overall the place is very good. Fully furnished with washer and dryer and nice appliances. Small general store ten minute walk. 25 minute walk to beach. Bus stop close by. The gym is not well equipped and not air conditioned.

Apartment was well provisioned and everything in it was pretty new. Staff were friendly. A little disappointing that there was only 4 loungers at the pool we had access to - this limited the time we were able to spend there.

Property was pleasant enough and clean. Warning guests that they will need certain consumables (such as washing machine tablets and Nespresso capsules) to enjoy their stay from the beginning would be useful (there are no nearby supermarkets within reasonable walking distance on a 35 degree day). Having the office open only 8.00am to 12.00pm on weekends with no facility to store luggage thereafter is a positively last century approach to tourism. No one wants to sit around Sunshine Coast airport for any longer than necessary.

Customer service was not great. Did not give enough supplies and charged us for cleaning in spite of us cleaning up as specified . No inspection at the start and just charged our card for a broken blind that we did not break Location was very average and could not really get anywhere without a car

The location was perfect being on the river waterfront with amazing views from the family waterfront unit. Beds comfortable but not set up as booked with a queen (2 singles instead) and the stairs to the master king bedroom were spiral and difficult to navigate with a suitcase. Staircase definitely unsafe for young children or people with poor vision or any limitation with their mobility. Pool was sparkling clean and very pleasant when not full of guests. Unfortunately the service was less than expected for 4.5 star accommodation. Pre-arrival information was sent to the wrong phone number, but this was resolved upon arrival. Stickiness on the carpet in places and rubbish left in obscure places from previous guests. Office hours very limited on the weekend and sadly no hire of beach items or kayaks etc was possible on the weekend.

Super super disappointed in this “resort”. They were more like very basic serviced apartments. The pools looked nothing like the photos. Stand up paddle boards etc. never seemed to be available as the employee responsible was never there. Every request seemed like a big hassle. The body wash and shampoo provided lasted barely one shower and when I requested more they said no, same applies to some milk for my tea, I just needed a tiny bit more until I could make it to the shops and they said no it wasn’t their responsibility. The separate buildings all had different pools and you weren’t allowed to use the other pools, even though my friends that I was there to holiday with were allocated the better pool. My garden wing had a tiny and very disappointing pool, and my room was overlooking a trailer park - definitely didn’t overlook a garden! One of the elevators fell 3 floors with me in it, then went up a floor, and fell again. It was terrifying. And when I told staff they didn’t even apologise. Walked up the stairs past all the garbage chutes for the rest of my stay. Would not recommend. Hugely disappointing - especially for the price. For $350 a night you expect a lot more! The staff were grumpy and just checking in felt like a huge effort for them. Won’t be returning.
