「The staff was rude. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. 「When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping...

「We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. 」

「Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room and breakfast were great. Staff was very nice. Only issue was the exterior of the hotel was not well maintained. Dead trees in the parking lot and overflowing garbages at both access points. We would stay again for sure.」

「Si buscas algo para pasar la noche esta bastante bien es limpio y tiene lo basico Lo unico es que si llegas antes de la hora del chek-in te dicen claramente que debes llegar a la hora que corresponde hacerlo Me atendió una chica y yo no sabia igles pero pude entenderle perfectamente que no me haría el check-in hasta que se hiciera la hora y eso es entenderle pero hablo muy despotamente pero en la tarde cuando llegue me atendió un muchacho americano y fue mas amable.」
