The room was in terrible condition: it had a very bad smell, was extremely hot, the walls were dirty, the bed sheets appeared unclean, and the floor was visibly filthy. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned at all. In addition, the hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but there was literally only coffee...

「One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.」

「This place is horrible when we checked in the bathroom door knob was missing, broken and laying on the shelf. The chair and desk were both broken, and there were dirty rags and and a tools in the room. The toilet paper holder was missing and there was trash left in the holder. The toilet was not clean. There were also dirty rags and parts from the broken door lock sitting on the broken towell shelf. The mirror was also not cleaned it had spots splattered across it. The sheets were dirty and...

「I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. I was desperate to get a room to stay only one night, because l was exhausted after driving my truck for 8 hrs. The worst part was the bathroom.AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Don’t stay there please ever!!」
