「I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in terrible condition: it had a very bad smell, was extremely hot, the walls were dirty, the bed sheets appeared unclean, and the floor was visibly filthy. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned at all. In addition, the hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but there was literally only coffee...

「Roaches everywhere, they leave the trash cans outside full the whole time we were there which was 2 nights, would not ever stay there again 」

「One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.」

「The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. 」

「I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. I was desperate to get a room to stay only one night, because l was exhausted after driving my truck for 8 hrs. The worst part was the bathroom.AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Don’t stay there please ever!!」
