「I hate to be that person but this has to be said !!!!! First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but...

「After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service.」

「The road house hotel and r.v. park is probably one of my favorite spots i have stayed. And ive stayed a lot of places. The hotel owner is amazing, she was very helpful and just had a great vibe about her. All of the staff at the roadhouse restaurant were awesome. Very nice and on top of their job. 「Ms Angela, Ashley and Breakfast Lady were Great however your cleaning staff not Friendly at all. They would not speak or say "excuse me" when coming off elevator just pushed pass the guests. You have a nice property but dog poop area right out front where sitting to enjoy scenery, No Sir. We enjoyed but a few of us were not happy with this property.」

「Staff was friendly. No elevator. Stair well very dirty. Room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Awful. Bugs in bathroom, paint peeling severely in bathroom. Only supplied coffee for one person, no coffee downstairs at breakfast. Only muffins availability for breakfast. For the cost of this room $124.00, Very disappointing! We will never stay at a Wyndham again property.」

「I am actually rather shocked that this place has so many good reviews. The hotel and my room were rather dirty. My room reeked of mold/mildew...the bathroom smelled like pee. The wifi would not pop on and I was to tired to fight with getting it fixed since my room number and last name would not work to get it working with the front desk.
