「The room layout was spacious and comfortable. The ownership is going to have to start investing into the property soon because things like doorways between bedroom and bathrooms (pocket doors) were rough on their tracks, the shower piping was noisy like a bad whistle, little things like that. 「The staff and front desk are AMAZING from the moment we checked in on 7/12 to 7/17 when we checked out. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely book here again if we ever find ourselves out in Arizona. This hotel should feel proud to have such amazing people working here.」
