「positive: room was cleaned well. rain shower. Hotel allowed late check out (1pm) for me which I truly appreciate. negative: no tissues in room, no fridge, and no hairdryer (need to request). shampoo and body wash is a 3 in 1 and quality was not good. A few black moulds on toilet walls. 」

「一開始check in很不順利,一直找不到我們登記的資料.不過櫃台服務態度依舊非常有耐心與和藹.直到最後終於查到訂房資料也折騰了將近半小時.房間很大很乾淨,wifi朋友可以聯的上,但我的手機與電腦卻總是進不了.房間附的礦泉水是大瓶的,很適合泡咖啡或泡茶習慣的我。早餐還可以,雖不多但還是有現煮麵條也不錯,不過水果不夠新鮮.重點是離機場近,對於晚班機到逹或隔天沒有行程直接去機場者,這是一個非常好的選擇，飯店還有免費定時機場接送真的很方便，下次我還是會再住這。」

「The hotel is well located near a big shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. Thank you so much for your service and honesty ❤️」
