Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it.
