"Even though I did my reservation in advance, they didn't have a room available upon my arrival. The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms. The building was dirty and smeelly. No signs, no security regulations, elevators malfunctioning, everyone smoking all over the places, walls filtty and dirty. The room too smelly. "1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).
