The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. The bedspread had a bad smell and looked dirty. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, they didn’t provide clean towels, and I had to ask for them. On the last day I arrived late, and they still didn’t put any towels. The room has a kitchen, but if you want to cook you have to buy the pans, plates, and cutlery from them. The price of the room does not match the service. All the noises from outside the room can be heard. The hotel is remodeled, but it still lacks many things—above all, good service. I would never return to this hotel again.

New property and very clean. Staff was ok. Now the bad. First, expensive. Second, no in room coffee and didn't leave cups at community coffee pot. No employee on duty to rectify. Finally got coffee cups when they opened at 8:30. It is NOT a suite although advertised and price as such. It is a motel room with a cook surface and a full sized refrigerator. Not a suite in any sense of the word. No cooking utensils or pots in room. I have had better rooms at budget motels. Stay away!

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed was moderately comfortable but - if I had to share a critique it would be to modernize the bed. Slightly lumpy. But, all in all, it was a nice stay. Excellent laundry room with credit card and app access to machines so no quarters :) Good coffee 24/7. Thank you.

All you have is the room. Coffee bar did not have cups. They don’t give enough towels. They don’t even have an ice machine but very clean and new. They do not have enough staff. Front desk is also housekeeping

The main drawback is they don’t have any dishes or cook ware. They want you to rent them for your stay. I also booked a king room but they didn’t have any at the property available because the whole hotel only has 2. The bed frame is also very cheap metal and very uncomfortable. The hotel is new and clean but I think the dishes etc should be included with the efficiency.

I like the the lobby has a separate door lock key to enter in the area of the elevator to your floor . I didn’t like there was not a comfortable chair or couch just straight chairs . And no Kleenex, this place is good for extended. I felt safe most importantly and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you

I did not like all the noise that was going on, you can hear everyone above you out in the hallways very very thin walls good luck on getting any type of sleep. The Staff very very nice & professional. Places is over the top clean & i love the hotel room it was just the noise for me is all.

The young lady at the desk was efficient, professional, and very sweet. Southern hospitality at its best . Everything about the hotel and the staff was positive. The only negative was the shower pressure was poor. I have a lot of hair and trying to rinse it with a shampoo and conditioner was difficult . I definitely recommend this hotel.

I love the amenities in the room. The stove especially is amazing. One thing they could do is place automated doors in the entrance so u can enter and exit smoothly with the carts. Overall, it was wonderful. 👍👍

Property was obviously new and clean; however, the lack of amenities was disappointing. Oven with nothing to cook with nor any silverware or plates. No coffee maker.

Our first night wasn’t great the floor kept alot of moisture. Then comes a huge bug . They said it was a water bug, to me it was a huge roach that I didn’t want any in my luggage to take home.
