"No compliment water bottles $3 each but they do have a water dispenser downstairs. No breakfast only able to eat at the restaurant loacted in the lobby. Felt safe at all times outside of hotel. Loved the space in the room and bathroom. "

"Our first time staying here. We had a king bed room. Shower water pressure was good. Room size was nice. Had room for a twin air mattress if there was a need. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean. The hotel is excellently located. A block from Time Square and Broadway. A 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue, Rockefeller, Empire State Building and Bryant Park. My only criticism is it would be nice if they offered a continental breakfast of some sort. "

"We are 2a 1t 1c, we stayed in the quad bunk bed room for 6 nights in February. The location of the hotel was great. The room, as expected, was very small, but functional for our requirements. The grab and go breakfast was better than expected. Pots of cereal, cereal bars, cakes, fruit, yogurt, and juice. Was definitely sufficient to start your day off. Complementary drinks in the lobby were often available in the afternoon. Non-branded cola, lemonade and ginger beer. Often accompanied by a little sweet cart. $20 a day per room to spend in the pop up coffee shop on the 2nd floor came in handy, charged against your room, but discounted accordingly. We did struggle to spend it though. Internet was fine. Hotel had a really relaxed vibe. Would probably return "
