「This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. 「We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. 」

「Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. 」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
