Good

Clean, comfortable, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only minus was the lack of English TV stations and bad TV reception. There were more chinese language stations than in the local language. Only one news show, CNBC was in English (?) Offer BBC or CNN please.

While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out. The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making). My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean. Food and drink was reasonably priced. There were many smokers in the restaurant areas so I had to Nepal careful where I sat. That was the only...

friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the lobby

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, very helpful.

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again

The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.
