"Had a comfortable king bed unit that was spacious to say the least. The CR/bathroom was almost as large as some studio apartments. The shower water was the appropriate temperature and pressure for me. It was easy getting up and down in the elevators and the lobby has a very attractive modern design. Kay, the staff member at the desk, was very delightful and quite helpful. This was not the lady that some reviewers complained about. Other than getting to the location, I don’t have many cons. I could stay here long-term."

"The kitchen didnt have a fry pan but eveeything else. Room was nice would be better if had blackout curtins but overall i always have the best stay i have stayed in all 4 towers over the last 3 years . Its my favorite condoa in the IT Park in Cebu. They are always very nice and help you."

"The place it was really nice but the only thing is when you check in it’s not smooth you have to wait because there no approval from the owner when I check in so I waited and I don’t have so much time because I need to meet my family ! But over all happy with my accommodation! "
