"The room itself - upper floor king with downtown view was outstanding. Spacious, appointed exceptionally well. Excellent value. However, check-in problematic. Arrived at around 3:15 pm. Very crowded, multiple lines (needs to be clearly denoted line formation. Very easy fix) my room wasn’t ready (I arrived 15 minutes after check in). Ultimately things worked out and room and experience outstanding. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good - and decent value for the $. Anyway, my room was outstanding. 👍👍"

"Since we stayed at this hotel, there have been upgrades to the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised after requesting a 2-bed Queen Room only to be given a Junior Suite instead. Thank you. The only issue we experienced was the showers. To turn on the shower you have to be in the shower to do so. The water runs very cold for quite a while, and a person gets so wet just turning it on. The shower is great once up to temperature. This was a poor design oversight. Thank you"
