The room we got looked like it was being redone just the bed which still had plastic on mattress underneath the sheets two flat pillows and we were put in between working crew men was told we could not change rooms and only hot clean towels once and had to go get them we had a 6 day stay.. would not recommend

Room was very sparse. No furniture besides the bed. Bed was very thin and more like a futon. Two thin pillows, when we asked for more we were told no. The pool was not open and had we known that we would not have stayed there. It was not a good experience and we will not stay there again in the future.

Absolutely horrbile conditions. Nothing like hotels.com showed on there webpage. Run down motel not hotel, locks on door were broken and missing parts. The whole place reeked of smoke

Most horrible place I’ve ever stayed in 70 years of life. I would NEVER stay there again. If it weren’t for the fact that I had to attend a funeral, I would not have stayed. I will tell EVERYONE I know what a terrible place it was and Expedia endorsed it. Never will I use Expedia again!!!

This property should be condemned. The room we were put in had no blankets, no pillows, the fridge was in the middle of the room. It was dirty, full of dead bugs and smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. We ended up leaving 5 minutes after checking in.

The place was rundown, outdated and not well maintained. Not adequately supplied with basic necessities that you would expect. There was evidence of roaches, also. The establishment’s condition wasn’t anywhere near what was depicted in the ad.

I would never recommend anyone to ever stay at this place. By far the worst place I have ever booked to stay at. The staff is rude. The pictures on the website don’t look anything like the actual place. I wasted money because the place was so dirty the sheets and pillow cases was yellowish the beds had bugs on them and the property manager act like that was normal. Please don’t waste your money to go here

It appeared that the room was recently renovated and they just put some furniture in it the night lamp was only 6 inches high. The shower curtain rod would not stay up. There was no trash can or bath mat. And bugs

The room had roaches and bugs in it. No toilet paper. Pillows were nothing. Hated the plastic on mattress made it hard to sleep. Sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. No where I would stay again.

Free ROACHES with every stay!

Roaches, roaches, roaches!! Dirty shower curtain with either blood or skid marks, mattress still had factory plastic on it so it felt like we where sleeping on a giant diaper, one super thin blanket. The pillows where so thin we decided to buy our own at Wal-Mart. All the furniture was mismatched, some drawers missing handles, lamps and fixtures without light bulbs, seriously I could go on and on. We had planned for 2 nights/2 rooms but left after our first night due to "free" roaches that came with our stay. The only good thing about this place was the endless hot water in the shower with world's smallest complimentary hotel soap.

We have stayed at this property for 10 years due to it's proximity to family. It's an inexpensive hotel compared to the rest. Through the years we have seen the put in new flooring and painting, making this a better place. However, this year, we didn't even stay. Turned on the lights and the cockroaches scattered on the floor and about 10 on the walls. In the other room we'd reserved, there were about 15 in the drawers. We went out to the front desk and said that we want our money back. The front desk was nice about it (and not really surprised, it seemed) and printed off refunds for us. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to give it another try. We're done.
