"The linen was dirty and soiled. Blanket had a huge brown circular stain at least 20 inches in diameter. We requested for change of linen but it was no better. The hotel needs new linen. Restaurant staff was nice but the food wasn't. Some of the food had no taste. The shuttle to the temple didn't come for a long time and we had to wait more than an hour."

When we returned to collect it, they also provided us with space to freshen up, which was really thoughtful.
