"The hotel more than lived up to its outstanding reviews. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the room was more than adequate. It appears that everything was done to bring the facilities up to date, with data ports on the nightstands. Breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely attentive. Highly recommended."

"A charming, family-run hotel! Perfect and peaceful location. Lovely breakfast (that is quite flexible if you don't arrive exactly in the time slot you book). The private dock was an amazing amenity, and they even delivered my (very tasty) lunch and spritz to the dock after I ordered it by the pool. 100% recommend staying here, and it is an amazing value for the price."

"Terrible check-in experience and rude management. We had an awful check-in experience. They tried to give us a room where the balcony directly faced another balcony, leaving us with absolutely no privacy as neighbors could look right into our room. When we politely expressed our dissatisfaction, the manager rudely shouted at us. We were told that because we booked a "cheap rate" through Expedia, they wouldn't help us or give us another room, and that we should contact Expedia instead. They explicitly stated things would be different only if we had booked directly. Appalling customer service. "
