"Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."

"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. But most of all was the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff that made our trip all the more special. We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when we come back to Napoli - and we will as soon as we can. "

"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
