「Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage.
One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but the menu sounded...

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少
我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。
真的是用心在经营。
下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「The place is very secure, I stayed in the sixth pod bedroom. There is no AC the only downfall, but there is one large fan. It’s more of a relaxed, safe vibe opposed to the other hostels in the area are more lively and for the talkative younger crowd. 」

「Clean room with all the necessary ammenities.
Pretty quiet, the only main noise would be the aircon or people walking past in the corridor.
I ubered to the different places and back each day to ensure safety rather than walking from the hotel.
I didnt use the gym or the pool, but both looked great and u was able to take a shower in the gym bathroom before my late night flight.
Very safe as a solo female traveller. 」
